Leadership in the church reveals the headship and shepherding of Jesus over the church to our congregation and community, and therefore, we follow His lead in how we structure our leadership.

As in marriage, the man is the head of the family and loves, dies for, and serves his wife, our pastor approaches leading the church in the same way.
